Overseas customers please make payment in sterling or otherwise add £8.00 for foreign cheque clearance. Unfortunately credit  card facilities are not available. If you require confirmation of receipt of order, please include a stamped addressed envelope.

Normal delivery may take up to 8 weeks, as items are individually hand made on a small scale.  If I have the items in stock I will send within 3 working days.

Please note delivery may be longer than 8 weeks for dressed dolls.

Occasionally accidents happen in the post, and a doll may get broken, please contact us if this occurs and I will send a replacement.
